Dan Milone
MANAGING Director
Dan founded the Kurō name to better align the business with its core propositions, and still stays across every project, supporting the team and honing the processes that ensure Kurō delivers the experience promised. With a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Cert 3 carpentry qualification, Dan combines his formal project knowledge and Construction Management background with practical experience learned working as a carpenter in the family business. Following his Grandfather and Father Ron, Dan is the third generation builder in his family, and has a lifetime of experience being immersed in the industry.
Nathan Leslie
PROJECT COORDINATOR
With a Cert Iv in Building, Nathan coordinates the programme, trades, materials and project information that keep each build moving and looks after clients day to day, supporting them through weekly meetings and daily contact. As a qualified carpenter, he also brings practical site knowledge to planning and is one of the familiar faces throughout construction. With a keen eye for detail, compliance and maintaining finish standards, Nathan works closely with the design team, subcontractors, and our site team to deliver every Kurō project.
Tom Dunford
SITE WORKS MANAGER
Tom manages the day-to-day work on site, including trade coordination, quality and compliance checks, safety and ensuring the site carpentry is delivered to the correct specification. With almost 20 years of hands on experience in the industry and holding a Cert III in carpentry, he remains closely involved in the physical building work and helps turn the drawings, schedule and decisions into completed work on site while mentoring and directing the younger trades and apprentices.
Jessica Boyle
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Jess keeps the Kurō heart beating, by supporting the admin, development, and construction side of the business. From accounts, contracts and project documentation to claims, and Buildertrend records, her work gives the project team and clients accurate information behind the scenes and keeps the processes supporting each build current. Jess came on board with background in a separate highly disciplined profession, developing an affinity for the industry after building her own new home. Her role has been key during the birth of the Kurō brand and supporting our people through the changes.
